The new Motocaddy S7 REMOTE features a compact, rechargeable remote control handset that fits neatly into an integrated storage compartment on the underside of the handle. A new cutting-edge drive system offers improved directional controls, while also optimising efficiency to reduce battery usage. This latest upgrade also adds Automatic Downhill Control to maintain a constant speed while moving down a gradient.
Boasting one of the most sophisticated guidance systems on the powered trolley market, the new S7 REMOTE features a compact rechargeable remote control handset that fits neatly into an integrated storage compartment on the underside of the handle. The responsive dual-pressure control system allows golfers to alter how much the trolley turns left or right, simply by varying the pressure applied to buttons on the handset.
A new cutting-edge drive system offers improved directional controls, while also optimising efficiency to reduce battery usage. The latest upgrade also adds our popular Automatic Downhill Control feature, which allows the trolley to maintain a constant speed while moving down a gradient.
Other features include a streamlined battery tray, soft-touch ergonomic handle, pause/resume function, USB charging port, EASILOCK™ bag-to-trolley connection system and QUIKFOLD assembly mechanism. The trolley also offers an optional manual control mode, allowing it to be controlled from the handle when needed - especially useful for navigating through tight spaces.

The trolley and charger are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use. Any breakage caused by accidental damage or as a result of abuse or misuse (as set out in the relevant manual) or commercial use is not covered. Motocaddy batteries are covered by a separate warranty and can be registered online using the Warranty Registration form.
The standard Motocaddy warranty only covers purchases made in the UK and Republic of Ireland and use of the trolley, battery and charger in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If you encounter a problem with your trolley, battery or charger within the warranty period, please contact us or call Motocaddy direct on +44 (0)1279 712370 to allow us to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the unlikely event you need to make a claim you must provide your proof of purchase so please ensure this is retained.
If we diagnose that you require a spare part, we will send it to you by first class post with easy to follow fitting instructions. Failing which we will collect, repair (if possible) and return the faulty product (or its replacement) at our cost. If the fault is not covered by these warranty conditions, you will be liable for the courier and admin charges plus the costs of parts and labour. A repair will normally be carried out but in the unlikely event that the trolley, battery or charger cannot be fixed, a replacement will be given. Any repairs or replacements made without charge do not carry a new warranty beyond that of the original purchase.
The warranties contained herein are offered as an extra benefit and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These warranties are non-transferrable.

Deliveries by DPD are made on weekdays (Mon - Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature. If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.
We dispatch orders on weekdays only (Mon - Fri except Bank Holidays).
To track an order log in to "My Account" with your e-mail address and the password which you chose when placing the order, and then go to "My orders", select the order you wish to track by clicking on "View order" and then scroll down the page and clck on "Track your order".
